Working Principle
The up and down movement of the wiring conduit and the rotation movement of the wiring reel are carried out simultaneously according to specific rules. By changing the meshing number of the variable speed gears, three different motion patterns can be obtained, corresponding to the number of entangled petals in 2.6, 3.6, and 4.6, respectively. Due to the certain viscosity of the wire, under the pressure of the main cylinder of the wiring tray, the wire is bonded to each other during winding, and the blank can be well maintained.
